8 User Login Modules

It includes 30+ modules with 8 inbuilt users (Super Admin, Admin, Accountant, Teacher, Receptionist, Librarian, Parent and Student) panels.

Academics Module Workflow

First we will add Section and Class then we will assign Teacher to the class then we will add Subjects, Subject Group. further we will create Class Timetable and Teacher Timetable so the student can view their class timetable. Here we can also promote student for the next session.

Front Office

School Receptionists answer phone calls, greet visitors and provide information to parents and students. They are able to provide information on a variety of topics, including rules, disciplinary measures and day-to-day operations of the school.

Student/Parent Panel

The Parent login is nothing but the login of the person whom we have made guardian at the time of student admission, so we can say it Guardian panel also. The Login credencial will generate for the guardian. the Student/Parent's module feature are same but only difference between these module is, after login from parent panel you can see all the classes list of your all children and login from student panel You can only see the classes of the student whose account you have logged into.

Inventory Module

Inventory Module is used to maintain entire Inventory record including school uniforms, shoes, any specific book, notebook, sports asset and many more. The main purpose of this module is to make school equipment tracking easy.

Human Resource

The main function of the human resource person is to make necessary staff arrangements, maintain staff attendance for the school.Human Resource module workflow: First we will add Department, Designation, Leave Type then we will add staff member from Staff Directory, day by day Staff Attendance, and Payroll, Apply Leave, Approve Leave Request, Teacher Rating, Disabled Staff. If you want to add additional fields in staff form then you can use Custom Fields feature for this go to System Settings

Alumni

The Alumni module is for managing former students records like their current contact numbers, address and occupation etc. You can also create Events for alumni and send notifications to alumni.Alumni Module Workflow: In Alumni Module first we will add pass out students in alumni then we will create events for alumni.

Online Admission

The Online Admission module offers Your School applicants a uniform platform for filling their applications form online and pay their fee. This module supports various feature such as – Online Payment Gateway, auto SMS, and auto Email for student admission application and confirmation of admission. In this module student's can fill their details and can review their filled details along with their form status, payment status and print their online admission Fees receipt.

Fees Collection

In Fees Collection module, you can effortlessly manage student Fees Collection and maintain fees related data. Fees Master is created session wise so you need to enter Fees Master data for every session. In this model, we collect the fees, adjust the fee discount and see the fees collected by the student from the payment id.

Certificate Module

Certificate is a document that certifies that a person has received specific education or has passed a test or series of tests. Certificate Module Workflow- First we will design student certificate or id card then we will generate/print them. If you will properly configure background, height, width etc. settings then you can design professional quality certificate or id cards very easily.

Hostel Module

This module is used to maintain entire hostel record including Hostel room, Rooms type, cost of bed, single/double bed and many more. The hostel can assign to student at the time of admission. Hostel Module Workflow: First we have to add hostel then room type and then hostel rooms and check the hostel report and student can also check the hostel rooms.

Online Examinations

This module is used to relate exams all subjects question bank. The online examination software allows users to create examination papers by subject and using multiple-choice questions. The system can shuffle and give questions in different orders to different students. The online examination system also allows exam results to be viewed as batch wise. Download Center

The download center module is used to download the provided assignment, study material, syllabus and other documents content.Download Center module workflow- First we will add four types of upload content inside the Upload Content Assignments, Study Material, Syllabus, Other Download and these four sections are used to view the uploaded content.
